3. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: One entry per person per week. No mechanical or photocopied reproductions permitted. Only open to residents of the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau Office of Management and Budget, and not employees of The Virginia Aquarium, LIN Television, it's parent or affiliated companies, the advertising, promotion or fulfillment agencies of any of them, nor members of their immediate families. Not responsible for printing or HTML errors, or for incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected or late entries.
4. RESERVATIONS: Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries become the sponsor’s property and will not be returned. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Each winner accepting a prize and each guest traveling with/accompanying the winner consents to the use of name/likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Not responsible for damages, losses or injury resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize nor for lost or misdirected prizes.
5. WINNERS: Will be notified on, or after, the day following each daily random drawing. If the winner is a minor, the PRIZE will be awarded in the name of the parent/legal guardian. The failure of a potential winner (parent/legal guardians) to verify address and execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release in person at WAVY-TV, 300 Wavy Street, Portsmouth, VA 23707, will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner. In the event of non-compliance with rules and conditions, prizes may be awarded to alternative winners. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners (parent/legal guardians).
6. PROCEDURES: Contest begins 01/01/2008 and ends on 12/31/2008. Winner will be selected, in a random drawing, from all eligible daily entries received during the contest period. The drawing is conducted under the supervision of the judges whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the contest.
7. PRIZE: A Four-pack of tickets to the Virginia Aquarium. Tickets are only good for admission to the event. Costs associated with transportation to and from the venue, as well as any required accommodations, food, or beverages, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
